Paige's practice is concentrated in commercial real estate transactions, general business law and estate planning and administration. She currently represents a national asset management group in the negotiating and drafting of commercial leases for their local investment properties. Her clarity and focus have brought her clients great success as she represents buyers and sellers in commercial real estate purchases and sales transactions.

Paige has participated in numerous franchise asset purchase transactions including contract-drafting and negotiation, due diligence, business and regulatory licensing, financing and closing. She also advises individual and business clients on choosing a business entity type, business planning and formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and transfer of ownership interests.

Experienced in drafting wills, powers of attorney and simple and complex trusts, Paige has assisted fiduciaries with estate and guardianship annual accounting reporting as well as trust tax return preparation.

Before joining Creech Law Firm, Paige’s practice area involved workers’ compensation defense litigation. She also has served as a legal adviser to the area's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm.
