aige has an expansive commercial real estate practice. She regularly represents clients in purchase and sale transactions, land assemblage, development, 1031 like-kind exchanges, condemnation matters, finance, investment, and leasing. Paige has experience in a variety real estate markets, including raw land, apartments and condominiums, office, retail, mixed use, warehouse, restaurant, and manufacturing space. Paige also has significant experience representing both commercial and residential real estate clients with boundary, title, and restrictive covenant disputes.
In her estate and trust administration practice, Paige assists clients throughout all phases and forms of estate administration, from small estates exempt from the standard administration process to complex estates involving a myriad of issues. Paige also regularly works with fiduciaries of estates, trusts, and guardianships to assist with accounting reporting and routinely attends clerk of court meetings and hearings on behalf of firm clients regarding a variety of estate and guardianship matters.
Paige’s estate planning practice involves advising clients in how best to achieve the asset protection they desire through wills, trusts and creative business succession planning. Paige also regularly prepares durable powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and living wills for clients.
In her business and corporate law practice, Paige assists clients in the buying or selling of a business, particularly when such engagements involve real estate or real estate-backed financing. Paige also has significant experience drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts, including asset and stock purchase agreements, performing due diligence reviews, and representing clients in business, professional licensing, and regulatory licensing matters. In addition, Paige advises and assists clients with entity selection and formation, business disputes and business succession planning.
Prior to joining Creech, Dunn & Perry, P.A., Paige worked in-house with one of the area’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms. She has maintained those working relationships with commercial real estate brokers as well as her brokerage license. In addition to her transactional practice, Paige mediates a variety of civil disputes as a certified North Carolina Superior Court mediator. In her mediation practice, Paige draws heavily from previous litigation experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney.
