PETER J. Sarda

Peter is a native of Winston-Salem, N.C. In 1963 he received an appointment graduated four years later from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. He served as an Air Force instructor pilot for six years then attended Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in 1976.

Personable and client-centered, Peter’s legal career began as a clerk to Justice I. Beverly Lake of the North Carolina Supreme Court. He now focuses his practice on debtor and creditor rights, collections, financial services, banking, bankruptcy, civil litigation, commercial law and residential and commercial real estate law. As an adjunct professor at North Carolina State University, Peter has taught courses on business law. He has also lectured on Civil Procedure in various continuing legal education programs. Peter has achieved an AV rating among his peers, classifying him as “preeminent” in his fields of law.

Peter is a member of the Wake County Bar Association; North Carolina Bar Association, Business Law Section; American Bar Association; North Carolina State Bar Alumni Committee 2005-2008; Air Force Academy Society of North Carolina; North Carolina Land Loss Prevention Volunteer; Member St. Francis Catholic Church.

Peter maintains his commercial and instrument pilot ratings as well as his instructor’s license. He continues to fly for the Creech Law Firm practice and as a voluntary pilot for AngelFlight, transporting patients to healthcare facilities throughout the southeast United States.
